What an inspiration the royal wedding had on Omaha, NE, artist Edna Statham. Her 5 foot x 2 foot vernacular art piece depicting Meghan Markle’s wedding dress with the 16 foot cathedral veil is positively magnificent and thought provoking. As the dress is viewed from the back looking into darkness, one’s thoughts may visualize anyone becoming a princess or someone entering unrevealed territory. The picture will become a part of the Walk in my Shoes, Wear my Hat traveling exhibit.
